Liability/Release Agreement

By participating in any event or activity hosted by Blue Collar Shine Outlaws (the "Club"), I, the undersigned member or participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. Assumption of risk

Participation in car club events involves risks including, but not limited to, traffic accidents, property damage, serious injury, or death. By participating, all associated risks are voluntarily assumed. 

2. Release of liability

The Club, its officers, members, agents, and sponsors ("Releasees") are released from all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action resulting from any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained by participants, their passengers, or property during Club activities, regardless of whether caused by the Releasees' negligence. 

3. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in any Club event. 

4. Compliance with laws and regulations

Participants must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations during Club activities. Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is legal and safe. Passengers must also agree to these terms. 

5. Proper conduct

Participants must act safely and respectfully, avoiding reckless driving or illegal activities. The Club can remove anyone who violates these terms. 

6. Photography and media release

The Club is granted permission to use a participant's image and likeness in promotional materials and any claims related to such use are waived. 

7. Severability

If any part of this waiver is invalid, the rest remains in effect. 

By joining Blue Collar Shine Outlaws or visiting the site/events, participants confirm they have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
